Shipping Policy

Due to the impact of Covid-19, we’ve adjusted our practices to ensure that we’re fulfilling orders in a way that protects the health and safety of you as well as our associates— and as a result, orders may experience delays.

Fire Kai offers standard and expedited shipping options to both domestic and international destinations. Most orders placed through our website are shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipment tracking number. Please allow tracking numbers at least 24 hours to update. 

Please keep in mind that during holiday seasons shipping carriers may be managing a lot of holiday mail and packages may be delayed; unfortunately, we have no control over the shipping speed once we've handed the package over to the carrier.

Keep in mind that we are not responsible for import/duty costs if you live outside of the USA.

Also, please allow 24-48 hours handling time in addition to the shipping times while we get your order ready to be shipped.
