Items are pre-washed to give them a super soft texture; however, they may still shrink a little after the wash and stretch a little during wear.

When you place and order, you will be provided with a tracking URL which you can use at any time to track your package. You may also contact us at orders@firekai.com, we’ll gladly track the package for you and provide an update.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
